Goods offered by Ous Shop are supported with 12 month warranty dated from an arrival to the Customer.
Warranty excludes:
mechanical damages of the goods
damages caused by an unproper use or consevation
goods with damaged warranty seals or modified/repaired individually.

Complaints about evental mistakes or missings in delievered goods please send by e-mail within 24 hours after the arrival of ordered items. Problems will be explained within 7 working days.
