Registration and Sales

Our Shop is dedicated only to companies and institutions. We do not make a retail sale. To enable viewing prices and purchases in Our Shop it is necessary to create an account in Our Shop. After registration, on the adress mentioned in created account will be send a confiming e-mail within 24h. Accounts created for individual persons will be immediately erased from our system.

Warranty

Goods offered by Ous Shop are supported with 12 month warranty dated from an arrival to the Customer.
Warranty excludes:

mechanical damages of the goods
damages caused by an unproper use or consevation
goods with damaged warranty seals or modified/repaired individually.

Complaints

Complaints about evental mistakes or missings in delievered goods please send by e-mail within 24 hours after the arrival of ordered items. Problems will be explained within 7 working days.
